Women 5.0 - WTN 20+
Men 4.0 - WTN 24+

Please see the following link to opt-in to WTN: https://tc.tournamentsoftware.com/user/account-settings/person

We also recognize that it will take time for the system to be perfectly aligned, so we will continue to monitor entries closely and make changes if required.
Tournament Overlap
Entering two tournaments in the same time period without prior permission of both Tournament Referees may result in 2.5 suspension points with a potential of loss of ranking points earned from both tournaments as per the Rules of the Court. For more information, click here.
Not in good standing with the OTA or the Club
A host site holds the right to exclude any player who may not be in good standing with them.
Any individual whose rights to compete have been suspended by the Ontario Tennis Association or by Tennis Canada, shall be ineligible to play in any sanctioned tournament during the period of such suspension.
A player who is suspended may not play in or enter a tournament until the period of suspension is served. A player who is entered in a future tournament and is then suspended before the tournament starts will be withdrawn from the tournament. As a general principle, a player who is waiting for the result of an appeal may not play in or enter a tournament until either
a) the original period of suspension has run its due course, or
b) the appeal is disposed of in the player’s favour (i.e., either overturned or reduced in length). This policy may be altered based upon the judgment of gravity and the context of the behaviour that led to the suspension.
For more information on tournament ineligibility and player suspension, reference our Rules and Regulations page which includes the Rules of the Court and its references to ineligibility and suspension points HERE.
