Kathryn Laidlaw
Vice-Chair, Membership & Regional Development
Kathryn is currently the OTA board as Vice Chair Membership and Regional Development. Her previous board position was Regional Chair representing Toronto, Kathryn Chair of her local tennis club and on the board of a neighboring tennis club. Previous sports board positions includes: President of Karate Ontario, Vice President of Karate Canada.
In addition to sports, she has also been a board member for a number of Not-for-Profit organizations including the Red Cross, United Way and St John’s Ambulance. Professionally, Kathryn has worked in IT as a Senior Director of IT Program Management for financial institutions.
During her tenure at the OTA Kathryn has been a member of the Governance Committee (Risk Management), Membership Committee, Nomination Committee, Volunteer Committee, Appraisal Committee and a committee struck to facilitate the hiring of the new CEO/President of the OTA. Kathryn is also a member of the newly struck Ontario Tennis Foundation.
