Position Overview:
PRC Mississauga is seeking a dynamic and motivated Tennis Professional with a strong playing background (national, NCAA, or international level) to join our team. This individual will coach both private and group lessons, contribute to our high-performance programs, and serve as a mentor and motivator to developing players.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver high-quality private, semi-private, and group lessons to juniors and adults
• Coach in PRC’s core programs including High Performance, Junior Development, and Adult Clinics
• Demonstrate a strong on-court presence with energy, professionalism, and leadership
• Assist with club tournaments, seasonal events, and special clinics
• Collaborate with the Head Coach and Club Director to support player development
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and competitive learning environment

Ideal Candidate 

• High-level playing background (e.g., NCAA, ITF, national/provincial team experience)
• Tennis Canada, PTR,  (or willing to complete certification)
• 1–3 years of coaching experience (mentorship available for high-level athletes transitioning into coaching)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Passionate about helping players reach their full potential
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
