Tennis Instructors/ Assistant Coach

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Tennis Instructors for the 2025 season at York Old Mill Tennis Club in Toronto. This is a part-time or full-time, fixed-term position running from May to October 2025. Please note, that applicants must be TPA-Certified to apply. The position involves instructing for adult and junior clinics and/or summer camps (June 30 - August 29, 2025). Our club fosters a collaborative, team-oriented environment, and we seek coaches who thrive in such settings. Your passion for tennis, coaching, and working with others will help ensure our students’ success!
Required Qualifications:
Tennis Canada Instructor Level Coaching Certification (or higher) Valid First Aid and CPR certification Current Police Record Check
Key Requirements:
- Previous tennis teaching experience
- Friendly, positive, and energetic personality
- Experience working with children (ages 5-16) and adults
- Strong punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills
- Leadership in guiding camp groups and coaching sessions
- Effective teamwork and collaboration with fellow coaches
- Ability to design daily program plans with clear coaching objectives
