About the Club

Cutten Fields has recently completed an extensive renovation to our 4-court tennis facility; this included a new dome, lighting and upgraded Har-Tru clay courts. They are looking for a Tennis Development Coordinator for the facility. This position is a permanent, year-round opportunity that will report to the Tennis Development Coordinator. Hours of work will vary according to the operational needs of the Club and its members.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement junior & adult programming;
  • Organizing tournaments & events;
  • Organization & execution of junior camps;
  • March Break , Summer & Christmas Break
  • Registration, payment, programming, day of operations, etc. Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks;
    i.e. event and program registration, court bookings, court billing, member inquiries, etc.
    Maintain & manage the online booking system and provide support to all users as needed
  • Provide exceptional member service ;
    Respond promptly and efficiently to all inquiries, concerns, and member communication.
    Ensure new members become fully integrated into the Club’s culture on court and socially.
  • Event planning & execution;
    Assist in planning & executing membership development activities, Club events,
    workshops, coaching courses, etc.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of all areas of the facility.
  • Liaise with all Club Management & employees as well as Tennis Committee;
  • All other duties as required.

  • Work cooperatively with all members, staff & management;
  • Flexible working schedule - ability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends


  • Sports-oriented with a tennis background preferred;
  • Enrolled in or completing a post-secondary program in Sports Management is preferred, but not required;
  • Valid First Aid/CPR C;
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
