Qualifications:
- TPA active certification
- Minimum of a 5.0 + playing level
- Experience working Junior Program with players of all ages and skill levels
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), strong computer, email and social media skills
- Enthusiastic attitude, positive personality, approachable and friendly
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to the Tennis Director and will be responsible for coaching and promoting the junior and adult Tennis programs. The candidate will assist in running tennis tournament, recruitment of players for the White Oaks Junior Tennis Program; conducting private/semi private and group lessons for both Junior and Adult members. This position is a full-time, lesson commissions, and guaranteed Junior Program hours.
