About ACE All Canadian Enterprises

As one of Canada’s premier tennis academies, we are focused on junior development and performance training, while offering quality programming for adults as well. Our coaching team is passionate, growth-minded, and committed to building a positive, high-integrity culture on and off the court. 

We’re Looking for a Coach Who: 

• Holds a CP2 certification or higher 
• Has TPA active status 
• Has a minimum 5.0 playing background 
• Can coach all age groups and levels 
• Is comfortable leading and assisting on court in both recreational and performance programs 
• Has a strong passion and ability to work with junior players — most coaching hours are junior-focused 
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, a growth mindset, and a positive attitude 
• Thrives in a team-first environment and contributes to a collaborative coaching culture 
• Stays current with modern coaching methodology 
• Is able to travel to tournaments to support player development 
• Participates in weekly coach meetings and ongoing development 
• Inspires players and leads by example 
• Holds or is willing to obtain a valid Police Check (required to work with juniors) 

 What You'll Be Doing: 

• Coaching primarily junior athletes — from grassroots to high-performance 
• Running both group and private sessions for juniors and adults 
• Leading and assisting in club programs and high-performance environments 
• Traveling to local and national tournaments to coach ACE players 
• Taking part in weekly coach meetings, program planning, and coach development 
• Being a consistent, positive presence within the ACE club and academy
• Helping ACE athletes thrive on and off the court
