Premier Racquet Clubs (PRC) is one of Canada's fastest-growing racquet sports organizations, providing exceptional tennis, pickleball, and padel programming across multiple locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and passionate Pickleball & Padel Coordinator to lead the continued growth of both sports across the organization. This leadership position oversees pickleball programming across six PRC clubs (40 pickleball courts) while also developing and expanding our emerging padel program, currently operating at our Brampton location with two dedicated padel courts.

Position Summary
The Pickleball & Padel Coordinator is responsible for the strategic planning, development, coordination, and delivery of all pickleball and padel programming at Premier Racquet Clubs. The successful candidate will provide coaching, oversee leagues and tournaments, supervise coaching staff, collaborate with club leadership, and help establish PRC as a leader in both sports throughout Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
Programming & Coaching
- Lead the development and delivery of all pickleball and padel programming across Premier Racquet Clubs.
- Deliver private, semi-private, and group instruction for juniors and adults of all skill levels.
- Teach proper technique, strategy, match play, positioning, and doubles tactics.
- Develop beginner, intermediate, advanced, junior, high-performance, and recreational programming.
- Create player development pathways that encourage long-term participation.
Program Management
- Manage scheduling and court utilization for pickleball and padel activities.
- Organize leagues, ladders, tournaments, round robins, clinics, camps, and social events.
- Develop new programming initiatives that increase participation and member engagement.
- Monitor program performance and recommend improvements.
Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate pickleball and padel coaching staff.
- Work closely with Club Managers, Directors, and coaching teams to ensure consistent programming across all locations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with PRC's Marketing Department to promote programs, leagues, tournaments, and special events.
- Assist with social media content, community outreach, and membership engagement initiatives.
- Represent Premier Racquet Clubs at promotional events, open houses, community festivals, and demonstrations.
- Help grow awareness of pickleball and padel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Operarions
- Assist with budgeting, registration management, and program reporting.
- Ensure all programming follows PRC operational standards and safety policies.
- Maintain equipment and recommend facility improvements where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Pickleball teaching certification (PPR, TPA, IPTPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Padel coaching certification is considered a strong asset.
- Previous coaching experience in pickleball, padel, tennis, or other racquet sports.
- Experience organizing leagues, tournaments, and recreational programming.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Passion for developing players and growing racquet sports communities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple facilities or programs.
- Tournament Director or event management experience.
- Experience with court booking and registration software.
- Marketing or social media experience.
- First Aid and CPR certification is considered an asset.
