As one of Canada’s premier tennis academies, we are focused on junior development and performance training, while offering quality programming for adults as well. Our coaching team is passionate, growth-minded, and committed to building a positive, high-integrity culture on and off the court. 

We’re Looking for a Coach With: 

• Proven coaching experience at an academy, club, or competitive level
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable balancing coaching delivery with administrative responsibilities
• High energy and a positive, member-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and admin hours onsite.

 What You'll Be Doing: 

• Deliver Academy coaching sessions for junior competitive players 
• Run Adult programming, including clinics, drills, leagues, and social play formats
• Provide Private lessons tailored to individual player goals and skill levels
• Provide feedback to players and parents on player developments as needed
• Manage court scheduling and lesson bookings 
• Maintain accurate enrollment and attendance records
• Coordinate equipment needs and court maintenance requests
• Respond to member/parent inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
• Support program-related communications and promotional materials
• Liaise with club management on scheduling and program needs
