RacquetGuys is one of Canada's largest racquet sports retailers including both in-store and online shopping. We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join our team.
Job Description:
- Gain knowledge and stay up-to-date on racquet sports equipment
- Engage in-store customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable equipment
- Ensure that displays are stocked and that the showroom is tidy and presentable
- Operate the point-of-sale terminal and process payments
- Stringing and gripping racquets (training will be provided)
- Working some weekends and evenings is required
Qualifications:
- Retail sales experience is an asset but not necessary
- Friendly personality to engage with customers
- General computer skills in order to process sales
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently
- An interest and/or knowledge of racquet sports and associated equipment (tennis, squash, badminton, and pickleball)
Compensation:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour (dependent on skills and experience)
