Bruce Childs Award
History: Bruce Childs was a volunteer at a Toronto community tennis club years ago. As a tribute to his hard work at his tennis club in a role as a volunteer, one of the OTA’s former Board members felt it would be an appropriate and well deserved tribute to name a club award in his honour. The award was established to recognize an executive member or dedicated club volunteer who has made an outstanding contribution to his/her community tennis club for an extended period of time.
