Jamie Gordon

Over the past 20+ years Jamie has held numerous sales, operations, and strategic leadership roles spanning Global Fortune 500 companies across the auto industry (Ford, VW) and financial sector (BMO and iA). From 2017-2022, Jamie took on a few leadership roles at BMO, and over the course of his final two years at the Bank he was the Managing Director for BMO’s auto finance portfolio, responsible for a $3b+ portfolio of auto loans. Since leaving BMO in November 2022, Jamie launched “Gordon Partners Inc” and has been consulting as a CRO for small-medium sized businesses ($10-15MM in Revenue). Jamie has been effective in launching and stabilizing proven sales platforms (including his “RPM model”) to build accountability and ownership across the organization while meeting and exceeding pipeline, sales and share targets.
Jamie holds an undergrad degree in Business from Purdue University and a MBA, specializing in Corporate Strategy, from Queen’s University. Jamie lives in Burlington (ON) with his wife (Alyson) and son (Jack), and in his free time he enjoys all types of fitness, including: skiing, tennis, running, biking and hockey.
