Deborah Dyer

Regional Chair, Scarborough Tennis Federation

Deborah grew up playing recreational tennis at her community club, Bridlewood Tennis Club (BTC), in Scarborough. Deborah’s family has a long history with BTC, as her father, Steve, was the President for 10 years, and is where her brother, Jon, began his career as a tennis pro. Years later in 2016, she was elected President of BTC, continuing the family commitment to the community, a role she still holds today.

Deborah joined the Scarborough Tennis Federation (STF) board in 2018 as VP Leagues, and was elected to the STF President role in 2020.

After completing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at York University, Deborah went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic postgraduate degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). “Dr. Deb” is now the owner and chiropractor at her clinic, 416 Chiro, where she also serves the Scarborough community off the courts.
