Wilson Racquet Order Form

As you know, Wilson is the Official Racquet of the Ontario Tennis Association (OTA). Tennis clubs, Tennis Development Centres (TDC�s), schools and non-members can access racquets at outstanding pricing to assist in community outreach programming. Wilson racquets are available in junior (23 and 25") and adult (27") lengths.


Please return this Order Form with payment to the OTA. The OTA will send the order to Wilson Sports who will ship the order to your club, TDC, etc.


Please note that orders must be in multiples of 12 for adult or junior racquets. A minimum order of 12 adult and/or 12 junior racquets is required. Orders must come through the club, TDC, etc. No individual orders will be processed.
