OTA FAIRS and CLINICS - 2012
The 2011 edition of the OTA Tennis Fair was booked at 60+ clubs across Ontario last summer, with again an extensive waiting list for prime fair time in May, June and July. 1100 + participants enjoyed the latest in international teaching drills, skill games, and contests.
The OTA is excited to announce the return of the new 2012 edition of our MEGA popular Tennis Fair/Clinics. The Clinics give you the opportunity to experience a unique variety of drills and games, with Dunlop balls, and the chance to win prizes and test the latest in racquet technology from Wilson.
Your club can select a Co-op Fun Fair, Hitting Clinic, and Specialized/Tour Doubles Clinic.
Regardless of the Fair you choose, the OTA remains committed to providing your club with a great social event for varying ages and ability levels. To maximize enjoyment for all, participants must be able to sustain a full-court rally (play to at least a 2.0 level).
Bookings are available from May 5th until September 26th. Bookings are made in priority sequence as applications arrive in the office from January 3rd, 2012.
It is important to request more than one desired date. There is room for three choices on the application (below). If your first choice is not available, your second/third option can be scheduled. If your first request cannot be met and additional dates have not been requested, regardless of how early your application is in the office, your application will be directed to the bottom of the request list before your club is contacted to obtian a second/third choice.

2012 Tennis Fair
All Fairs Include:
*Organized drills and games
*Wilson Demo Racquets available for play testing
*2012 T-shirts and Rogers Qualifying Tickets (Saturday only)
You can book the following Fair sessions:
Morning Session 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon Session 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Evening Session 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Your club may choose more than one session on your Fair day as long as minimum requirements are met for each session and there is availability. These times are only guidelines and may be changed if necessary and available.
Fair Requirements
A STRICT minimum of 16 participants is required for the successful running of a Fair or Clinic. When there are less than 16 confirmed attending members, the OTA reserves the right to cancel the Fair.
The club MUST contact the OTA with its fair numbers 10 days prior to their fair date.
*The club will be invoiced by the OTA for the fee after the fair is completed. A current club contact name and current mailing address must be provided to the OTA.
